October 2017 Classes
Come join us every Tuesday and Friday to loosen up and get a full body workout in just ONE HOUR!!
Our full body stretching is suitable for all ages. We start from the neck and work our way to the ankles. Please wear clothing that allows movement in all joints. Mats are limited, so bring your own or use floor space.
This class is open to the public for an $6 fee each day or $20 for the month.
There is no Stretching Class on Tuesday, October 10th. But, starting next week, the Tuesday evening Stretching Class will resume at its new time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Our Friday class times remain the same and the class is still being held at our Wellness Fitness Center.

Full Body Blast
In this class we will incorporate strengthening of multiple joints and muscles in ONE HOUR. If you want to build or tone muscle, then this is the class for you. With cardio, upper and lower body exercises all included, you will increase endurance, gain strength, and feel the difference in your everyday life. Everyone and anyone is welcome and invited to join this class which was designed for all ages and abilities.
Do you want to tighten and tone your hips, thighs, and gluts? Do you feel weakness in your legs during everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, or standing for long periods? Do you love working on your legs and find yourself neglecting your upper body? If you said yes to any of these questions, then this class is for you. With exercises for each muscle group in the lower body, you will notice a difference after participating in this class and be able to continue the exercises you learn in your exercise program. Everyone and anyone is welcome and invited to join this class which was designed for all ages and abilities.
