January/February 2018 Classes
Come join us every Tuesday and Friday to loosen up and get a full body workout in just ONE HOUR!!
Our full body stretching is suitable for all ages. We start from the neck and work our way to the ankles. Please wear clothing that allows movement in all joints. Mats are limited, so bring your own or use floor space.
This class is open to the public for an $6 fee each day or $20 for the month.
There is no Stretching Class on Tuesday, October 10th. But, starting next week, the Tuesday evening Stretching Class will resume at its new time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Our Friday class times remain the same and the class is still being held at our Wellness Fitness Center.

Daily Circuit Training
Until the end of the year, we will have Daily Circuit Training programs for members to complete during their workout times. These circuits will contain 7 exercises that are to be completed for 30 seconds each with a 10 second rest in between exercises. We will be completing 3 sets of these circuits. Before the circuit, there will be a 5 minute stretch and 10 minute cardio warm-up. At the end of the circuit, there will be 5 minutes of core exercises.
This method allows members to get in and out of the gym in no more than 30 minutes with a full body workout. Here is the breakdown again:
- Dynamic Stretching: 5 minutes
- Cardio Warm up: 10 minutes
- Circuit Training: 14 minutes
- Core Exercises: 5 minutes
- Total: 24 minutes
