Weekly Classes

Come join us every Tuesday and Friday to loosen up and get a full body workout in just ONE HOUR!!

Our full body stretching is suitable for all ages. We start from the neck and work our way to the ankles. Please wear clothing that allows movement in all joints. Mats are limited, so bring your own or use floor space.

This class is open to the public for an $6 fee each day or $20 for the month.

Core: The Root of it ALL

Every Tuesday and Friday in August we also offer our Core: The Root of it All class is where we engage each aspect of our core through multiple core stability and mobility exercises. This class is for all ages and abilities and we encourage all who are available to come because core strength is the root to good posture, proper movement mechanics, balance, and decreasing back pain.

This class is open to the public for an $8 fee each day or $25 for the month.
